Go to Universal and see Long Trinh! I had to write about my recent experience with Universal, and in particular with Long Trinh, store manager. I had ordered an AGA range that had gotten very delayed – no fault of Universal’s……Long was amazing to work with!…He immediately went to work to fix the problem…He was able to move mountains, and the range actually arrived to us sooner than AGA had said it would, only because Long was on the case. I had to write to highly recommend Universal, and specifically Long Trinh. He was a pleasure to work with, and is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and competent. I couldn’t recommend him or Universal more highly.
