I went into Best Buy looking for a new oven/stove with my husband expecting to find great service like anyone would expect. Definitely didnt find that so my husband and I went to Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center to find what we wanted. We got quick service. Didn't have to wait and search for a sales rep like we did at Best Buy.
