I just received my order of 4 appliances for a kitchen remodel. They were shipped to me in Ohio, so I was a little concerned about this big ticket purchase shipping across country safely. Everytime I emailed my salesman (Joe) for an order update, he responded. All four of my products were shipped and received when promised. The shippment was well packed in original boxes and cello wrapped. I also saved over $1000. (after rebates). I will not hesitate to order from Universal again.
