I was a high-end custom home builder for 20 + years, including homes on the Beach in Malibu and the hills of West LA. I recently discovered Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. I visited the store on Ventura Boulevard in Studio City. The salesperson who assisted me was Leon. He was 100% professional, very knowledgeable and placed no pressure to buy. Leon was hands down the best appliance sales professional I have dealt with in my entire career. The shop had a pleasing environment-almost a family feeling even though Universal is a sophisticated chain of appliance and kitchen specialty stores. Additionally, their prices were the best I have found. I am going to replace all the appliances in my kitchen to update and convert to a stainless steel finish and I will definitely purchase everything from Leon at Universal. I recommend Universal without hesitation.
