I bought a dishwasher from Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center and had a really good experience. My sales person was Edward, who was very helpful, honest and offered me the best price I could find. The installers were on time and did a very good job. My last appliance was purchased at Sears and their customer service is just awful. I will buy again at Universal.
