Rebates Come and Rebates Go

Appliance rebates come and go for a variety of reasons. For example, over many years Maytag has always had a month long event May is Maytag Month. I’ll let you guess when that sale begins and ends. 🙂 Rebate dates lasting several months or even a year often will end at the end of a three or six month period eg. March, June, September, or December. And somtimes, sale events and their rebates are holiday based beginning before and ending after specific holiday periods, such as Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, etc.

Right now, at UAKC we have a number of ongoing rebates expiring at the end of May. Some of them are, in fact, connected with Memorial Day Sales (May 25th). Don’t let these rebates get away from you. They vary in value, but as you can see with the GE example, the amounts are not trivial:
