New Bosch Appliances for 2014
New Bosch Wall Ovens
Available at Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center (UAKC)
We've often written about Bosch appliances here, usually referring to their extensive lineup of Induction Cooktops
or their highly-rated dishwashers.
But, now Bosch has now launched a new line of ovens that is deserving of attention. The flush integrated look, gives the appearance of uber luxury high end European brands. The new line is thoughtfully conceived, with 27″ and 30″ wall ovens, and a new twist. The ovens can be ordered with side swing doors (left or right), as well as the traditional down opening doors. As you might expect from German engineering, the fit and finish is solid.

To accompany this new line of wall ovens is a new Bosch steam convection oven – the first in its class.

To top things off, Bosch is also introducing a built-in coffee maker.

What does all this mean? Bosch has traditionally occupied the market space of what is known as mass premium. That is the space above Frigidaire, GE, and Whirlpool, but not as high as German luxury brands such as Thermador, Gaggenau, and Miele. With this wall oven line, and high end products such as steam convection ovens, and a built-in coffee maker it appears that Bosch is pushing the envelope at the top of the mass premium segment.
