New gas ranges from Sub-Zero Wolf
All New Ranges from Wolf
Sub-Zero Wolf Appliances is introducing a new line of gas ranges. Featuring dual-stacked sealed burners, which ensure heat is consistently and precisely controlled through two tiers of flame ports, the ranges will be available in March 2013. These new products will be featured at Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center (UAKC) in Calabasas and Studio City. With high burners range from 9,200 to 15,000 Btu, and simmer capabilities on one burner on each range can be reduced as low as 350 Btu for gentle melting, the new ranges offer maximum flexibility for the most discerning chefs. The ranges also feature gas convection ovens with infrared broilers. The 36 in., 48 in. and 60 in. rangetops can be configured to include infrared charbroiler or infrared griddle options. The 60-in model can also be ordered with a unique French top.
Guesswork begone
The legendary Wolf gas ranges offer more precise control than ever. Innovative dual-stacked burners have two tiers of flame ports. When you’re boiling, searing, or stir-frying, the upper tier produces impressive power. Turn down the heat, and the lower tier provides delicate control for low, slow simmers; you can even melt fine chocolate, confident it will never scorch.
New refinements, still unmistakably Wolf
Long before there were “pro look” home appliances, Wolf was building gas ranges with true professional capability. Today’s new look, still rugged but with new polish, makes Wolf gas ranges ideal for more kitchen designs than ever.
- The new, more robust profile now mirrors that of Wolf dual-fuel ranges
- Signature red (or, if you prefer, black or stainless steel) knobs have been redesigned with stainless steel bezels
- Porcelain-coated cast-iron grates have been updated
- Even the feet are redesigned, and now adjustable
