On Saturday Sept. 7th, Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center hosted a spectacular epicurean event at their Studio City location. The event featured cooking demonstrations from Viking, Thermador, and Jenn-Air with coffee and dessert by Miele.

Wine and cocktails were served to accompany these fabulous treats. Guests were eligible for door prizes and some very nice raffle prizes.

Headlining the event was Celebrity Chef Michael Voltaggio, owner of, Ink, one of the hottest new restaurants in Southern California. Chef Voltaggio not only created some stunning dishes, he was also on hand to autograph his latest book. Here are some photos from the event.
