Partnering with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Speed Queen is offering a limited-edition washer and dryer pair, with a portion of the proceeds to support the search for a breast cancer cure. The machines, available through mid-November at independent retailers, have been built to a commercial standard of durability and feature pink control panels in support of breast cancer awareness. The washers offer a stainless steel tub, commercial-grade cabinet, a heavy-duty motor, multiple speeds and an extra rinse switch. The dryers boast a 7.0-cu.-ft. cylinder, a large 2.06-sq.-ft. door opening and a fast drying process to help shorten the time homeowners spend in the laundry room.
