Ingredients
unbaked prepared piecrust
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled or half cup of diced ham
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into pie shell, cover well or place in a freezer bag and freeze.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 375°F. Place quiche in oven and bake for 25–35 minutes.
