I can honestly say that my overall experience with Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center was very pleasant. Prior to purchasing a washer and dryer for my laundry room I visited several different stores. My last stop was Universal. First of all their store looks great and has a great variety of brands in a very wide price range. The atmosphere at their showroom is friendly and has a kind of homey feel to it. The sales person knew the products very well and helped me make the best choice possible for the most durable washer and dryer. I live in Santa Monica by the ocean and unfortunately everything getting rusted within a few years. I didn't get my products right away, they had to be ordered from the manufacturer, but I received everything and had it installed few days later, which I think is very fair and standard. I enjoyed my shopping experience with Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center and I am recommending them to everyone.
