2013 in Review - New Product Lines from Sub Zero and Viking
New 2013 Lineups at Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center
Viking and Sub Zero new product launches at UAKC
It's hard to know where to start when we review all the new products that we introduced here in 2013, but here goes. Two major players in the luxury segment, Viking and Sub Zero – Wolf introduced entire new product lines. Sub Zero – Wolf said it's their largest product launch ever. In fact, though they began introducing new products in mid 2013, the products are scheduled to be introduced in stages well into 2014.
1. Sub Zero Integrated Refrigeration
Of special note is the new lineup of Sub Zero integrated refrigerators featured below.
Well into the first phase of their new product launch, available now are the new integrated column, tall and drawer, units featured below.
The integrated Sub-Zero models feature the industry’s most-advanced food-preservation features and largest selection of models. The 30” wide refrigerator/freezer combination unit includes refrigerator storage above, and freezer below with two soft-close drawers, and Sub-Zero's famous separate cooling systems for the refrigerator and freezer, allowing fresh food to stay fresher longer, and frozen items to remain free of frost and freezer burn.
As a fully integrated refrigerator/freezer, the unit is ready to be fitted with custom panels and handles for seamless installation with surrounding cabinetry. Three generations ago, Sub-Zero introduced refrigerators and freezers that were the same depth as standard kitchen counters. Now, the Sub-Zero line of integrated products that can be customized with panels and handles to blend so seamlessly with other cabinets, they can literally disappear into the décor.
2. Viking's All New TurboChef Oven
