Here's a great recipe from DCS, a California favorite in outdoor grillsGrilled Lemon Chicken with RosemaryINGREDIENTS1 (3 and 1/2 to 4 pound) whole chicken, giblets discarded3/4 cup sugarSalt and pepper2 lemons1 tablespoon vegetable oil2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary1 and 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard2 tablespoons unsalted butterINSTRUCTIONS With chicken breast side down, using kitchen shears, cut through bones on either side of backbone; discard backbone. Flip chicken over and press on breastbone to flatten. Using fingers and shears, peel skin off chicken, leaving skin on wings. Tuck wings behind back. Turn legs so drumsticks face inward toward breasts. Using chef's knife, cut 1/2-inch-deep slits, spaced 1/2 inch apart, in breasts and legs. Insert skewer through thigh of 1 leg, into bottom of breast, and through thigh of second leg. Insert second skewer, about 1 inch lower, through thigh and drumstick of 1 leg and then through thigh and drumstick of second leg. Dissolve sugar

Los Angeles, CA I've been looking for high-end appliances for my new kitchen and was surprised at how difficult it is to get a good advice. I went to several different appliance stores including Big Box stores, but I was not able to find what I was looking for, often sales people didn't know much about their product lines. All my troubles ended when I came to Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. This store is located in Studio City, California. When I first came into the store I was amazed how many high-end appliances they have on display, but most importantly every single appliance was plugged in and I was able to see the features of each appliance live. An incredibly knowledgeable sales person showed me how things work and answered all of my questions. They gave me great advice and without any pressure I was finally able to pick the right appliances for my kitchen. After the purchase was finalized Frank printed out specifications of each appliance that I purchased and asked me to call him one week prior to delivery for an inspection. Customers Write (13) Nicholas likes Maida's "very professional help" I was in the market for three appliances (stackable washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher) and kind of stumbled onto Universal Appliance at Laurel Canyon/Ventura. I was eating at one of the nearby restaurants in the 'mini-mall', saw the store and ventured in. It was very impressive...the showroom space is a lot larger than it first appears. They have a large selection of current model appliances from all of the major manufacturers...mostly medium and high-end brands. I ended up buying a Bosch dishwasher, Jenn Air refrigerator and Maytag stackable washer/dryer. What initially 'sold' me was the very professional help that I received from Maida, one of the sales associates. I had a few logistic/space problems that she helped me overcome. She would scour the computer for inventory and print up sheets on what I was considering. She would then take me to the exact model (or one similar) on the floor to discuss advantages/drawbacks of each appliance. The prices were totally competitive with what I had seen at the two other major appliance stores I had already shopped. There was no major wait (maybe a week?) to get the items. The delivery guys showed up on time and installed everything properly. I did have one issue with the dryer not heating and within two days of my call, they sent someone out who was able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it quickly (at no charge).
