Studio City, CA I have been a customer there for many years and have purchased several appliances through store manager Long Trinh and his associates. Recently, we had to buy a refrigerator, to replace one that was losing cooling ability. Over a period of weeks, Mr. Trinh helped determine which refrigerator best fit our needs and was honest and forthright about getting me best value and price. His assistant manager Maida facilitated the transaction and informed me about a manufacturer's rebate program then in effect. On delivery day, Michael & Serg professionally installed the refrigerator, taking care with the unit, floors, and furniture. They also took care in drilling holes for the ice maker water line, removed all packaging and installed shelves, and levelled the unit.
