Most of us who cook with gas ranges use Natural Gas, BUT for a surprising number of households LP (Propane) is the only gas fuel type available. Not a problem for standard gas ranges, since they usually can be converted from Natural Gas to LP. However, Pro-Style ranges often cannot be converted. Customers must order specific models that are preconfigured for LP gas. Unfortunately, every model of every brand is not always built in both Natural and LP versions.
