Cartesian and Profiles 7-1/2" H Alcove Finishing Kit (required for Corner or Alcove Installation)

• alcove installation : for standard top sizes: (nominal + 3/4") two alcove kits, vmakit are used in place of side kits when installing the vanity into an alcove. each alcove kit adds 3/8" (per side) to the overall nominal width of the vanity. the wall opening should be 7/8" larger to allow 1/16" gap on either side of the alcove kit. the image shows the dimensions for a 30" vanity as an example.
• custom alcove installation : (nominal + 3/4") two alcove kits, vmakit are used in place of side kits when installing multiple ganged vanities into an alcove. each alcove kit adds 3/8" (per side) to the overall nominal width of the ganged vanities. the image shows the dimensions for a ganging arrangement using two 24" and a 12" vanity as an example.
• custom alcove installation with fillers : two alcove kits, vmakit are used in place of side kits when installing the vanity into an alcove. each alcove kit adds 3/8" (per side) to the overall nominal width of the vanity. field installed extra filler to match the wall is added as shown in image. note: this may also be done with multiple vanities.
• corner installation : one alcove kit, vmakit is used with a single side kit when installing the vanity into a corner. the alcove kit adds 3/8" to the overall nominal width of the vanity. this shows the dimensions for a 24" and a 12" vanity ganged together with one alcove kit as an example. note: this may also be done with a single vanity.
