The 60 Galiano Dual Fuel Range brings professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable stainless-steel design. Cooking surface has 10 sealed burners with a total output of 142,000 BTU. included are 2 powerful 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces, The continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware and allow the ease of sliding pan off a hot burner. Thetwo 4.32cu. ft. gas oven have a total broil and bake output of 44,000 BTU. Each have the option of using true convection bake, broil or roasting. Included are 4 oven racks and LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years. All FORNO products come with a 2 year warranty.
