When I first came into the store I was amazed how many high-end appliances they have on display, but most importantly every single appliance was plugged in and I was able to see the features of each appliance live. An incredibly knowledgeable sales person showed me how things work and answered all of my questions. They gave me great advice and without any pressure I was finally able to pick the right appliances for my kitchen. After the purchase was finalized Frank printed out specifications of each appliance that I purchased and asked me to call him one week prior to delivery for an inspection. The installer showed up on the date I requested an inspection and explained to me everything that my contractor had to do for the smooth installation.
